Get Involved with the Little Falls Arts and Crafts Fair!

As the largest event in the area, it takes a lot of people to make it happen. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help – whether you’re an individual or part of an organization, we’d love to have you on board! Take a look at our volunteer opportunities (below) and sign up today.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Block Hosts

When: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the fair. Shifts are to be assigned for when you are available.

Thursday/Friday: Use chalk to mark sidewalks, streets, and parking lot areas for vendor spaces when you have time.

Friday: On-site to welcome the vendors as they are setting up. Be there for questions and to make sure that they are set up in their assigned space. Block Hosts are also the liaison with our merchants and their employees.

Saturday: plan to be on-site no later than 7 am to answer questions and handle last-minute details. Monitor the garbage barrels and recycling. Check-in with vendors throughout the day.

Sunday: on-site 8 am till closing 4 pm. Check-in with vendors throughout the day.

Picnic Tables & Clean Up

When: Friday before the fair and Sunday after the Fair ends at 6 pm

Placement: The picnic tables will be arranged in the food vendor lots.

Clean-up: Walk through the public areas downtown to ensure cleanliness. This includes sweeping and raking debris from the streets and vendor lots that street sweepers can’t reach.

Floater

First Shift: Friday 4 pm – 6 pm

Second Shift: Friday 6 pm – 8 pm

Full Shift: Friday 4 pm – 8 pm

During the Arts & Crafts Fair set-up, we require a dedicated Floater to assist our vendors. You’ll be responsible for answering any questions, providing directions, and helping vendors locate their assigned spaces. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the streets are blocked off and that no cars are parked in vendor spots.

Food Court

When: Saturday 10 am – 6 pm, Sunday 11 am – 5 pm

Keep the food court area clean and free of hazards during the fair. Empty all garbage cans regularly, and bus picnic tables as needed.

Sunday only: As vendors leave the area, please gather all the picnic tables together. Empty all garbage cans, tip them upside down and group them together.

Ice Delivery

When: Saturday 8 am and 2 pm and Sunday 9 am and 2 pm.

Deliver bulk ice to the vendor booths.

Night Security

Friday First Shift: 11 pm – 3 am

Friday Second Shift: 3 am – 5 am

Saturday First Shift: 11 pm – 3 am
