How many booths can I have?

Can I request a particular location?

Yes, however please note: placements are NOT guaranteed. There are a few spots that have additional fees due to the placements and demand. The placement for these would be based on a first come first serve basis with the complete payment received. 

Where can I park my truck to unload?

You can park your vehicles or trailers at available designated spots. Please refer to your map. Parking not guaranteed.

Can I leave my trailer by my booth overnight?

Can I use a trailer as my booth?

No

How are food booths chosen?

Past vendors are given first priority if they have followed the rules the previous year(s). New vendors are selected in the following order: 1. Morrison County nonprofits; 2. Morrison County for-profits; 3. Nonlocal for-profit offering unique foods. Only non-profit organizations from Morrison County are included in the Fairs.

When is set up?

Set up starts on Friday night anytime after 5:00 pm. Vehicles must be moved off the main streets and highways. Vehicles must be moved 7:00 am Saturday and before 8:00 am on Sunday.

Do I need a MN ST19?

Yes, required by ALL vendors. Failure to comply will result in a fine by state of MN

I am tax exempt, so I still need to fill out ST19?

Yes

Why do vendors pay a City license fee? Why can’t just anyone set up and sell during theShow?

The City of Little Falls and the Chamber worked together to develop what is called “Large Scale Street Ordinance” to govern street fairs. This allows our community to retain control throughout the event. The City License fee is used in part to cover salaries of City workers who are moving picnic tables and placing parking restriction signs in the area surrounding the Fair.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, insurance is needed and has to be submitted at the time of application

How do I get inventory if I am the only one at the booth?

You are responsible for maintaining your booth inventory. Staff or volunteers will not be responsible for manning thebooth.

What are the fair hours?

Fair times-Saturday 8:00 am -6:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am -4:00 pm
